* Participant - an author who has maximum 2 accepted papers as first author, and in the name of whom the payment will be made. The coauthors of the 2 accepted papers, who would like to attend the Conference, will be considered as accompanying persons and will have to pay the € 100 fee.

 ** Students and Ph.D. Students must send a document from their University to attest their status (please fax to +40 21 3235280 or send the scanned copy via email at: icams.ro@gmail.com)

Conference fee, and all other travel and accommodation expenses should be covered by the participants from own sources.
